Application:

• For marking points before drilling. Using a center punch minimizes the so-called swimming drill.
• Center punches are designed for quick, precise marking of points on the surface of the material being processed, e.g. wood, metal or plastic. Most often used to mark a point before drilling. The so-called scoring makes it easier to start drilling, limiting the unfavorable effect of the drill moving along the material surface.
• The marking is created by striking the sharp end of the punch into the material. The traditional scoring method requires the use of a hammer. The presented automatic punches mark the material thanks to the use of a strong internal spring that moves the hardened steel needle. They therefore eliminate the need to carry a heavy hammer.
• The punch does not require tensioning the spring - it is done automatically. Immediately after pressing the needle to the material and striking, we can repeat the operation by marking another point
• The punch has adjustable impact force used to optimally adjust to the hardness of the marked material.

How to use:

Place the punch with the sharp end against the material to be marked. Press firmly with your hand, the needle will permanently mark a point on the material. The punch does not require tensioning the spring - it is done automatically. Immediately after pressing the needle to the material and striking, we can repeat the operation by marking another point.
