The blade and head are made of forged carbon steel sharpened with grinding stones using diamond technology. This gives great sharpness and the ability to resharpen to the original state. The core of the handle is made of strong fiberglass, which increases the durability of the ax. The outer layer of the handle is made of a special material resistant to all weather conditions.

The head is embedded in the shaft hot using appropriate devices that cast the mass of fiberglass so that it constitutes an inseparable whole. This functionality is facilitated by the special embossing of the inner part of the head. The upper part of the shaft has a built-in metal support stiffening the entire structure.
